1. Introduction These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the use of khandelwal Taxi Services,including but not limited to, booking, payment, cancellation, and refund policies. 2. Definitions "khandelwal Taxi Services" refers to khandelwal Taxi Services, a tour and travel company based in India. "Client" refers to the person or entity that books a tour or travel service with khandelwal Taxi Services. "Service" refers to the tour or travel service provided by khandelwal Taxi Services. "Booking" refers to the process of selecting a Service and making payment for the same. 3. Booking and Payment A booking is considered confirmed only when payment is made in full. The Client must provide all required information and payment details to complete the booking. khandelwal Taxi Services reserves the right to cancel any booking if the payment is not received within the specified time frame. Cancellation fees may apply for bookings cancelled or modified after payment has been made. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellation fees may apply for bookings cancelled or modified before departure. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after cancellation or refund request. Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original payment. khandelwal Taxi Services reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total booking amount. 5. Amendments khandelwal Taxi Services reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, schedule, or services due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or other factors beyond its control. The Client will be notified of any changes as soon as possible. The Client may choose to cancel or modify their booking if they are not satisfied with the changes. 6. Conduct The Client is responsible for their own conduct and behavior during the Service. khandelwal Taxi Services reserves the right to terminate any Service if the Client's behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. The Client must comply with local laws and regulations during the Service. 7. Liability khandelwal Taxi Services shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with the Service. The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless khandelwal Taxi Services against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from or in connection with the Service. 8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law. 9. Entire Agreement These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and khandelwal Taxi Services. No oral or written representations or warranties have been made byAnshu Travel except as set forth in these Terms and Conditions. 10. Changes khandelwal Taxi Services reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The Client shall be bound by any changes made to these Terms and Conditions.
